Product exchange terms and conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before requesting a replacement product.

By using the Product Exchange Service, you agree to the following terms

You must inform us that you wish to exchange the product within 3 days of receiving it.

The customer must understand and adhere to these terms while ordering computer systems and all consumer electronics products and/or services.

The customer is bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement when he orders products or services from Smart World.

Acceptance of these terms is confirmed by accepting delivery and signing of the invoice.

Scope of the agreement:

This agreement covers the products and services identified on the invoice, unless a separate purchase agreement is signed.

Terms changes:

SmartWord reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

It is the customer's responsibility to review the terms periodically.

Compliance with the conditions:

The Customer is bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement and is responsible for checking for any updates.

Additional policies:

The Agreement includes the policies and terms contained in advertisements, invoices and packing slips.

Modification procedures:

This Agreement may only be modified by written agreement of both parties.

Changes to the contract:

SmartWord reserves the right to update the terms and conditions based on changes in the market or legal conditions.

Compliance with legislation:

The customer must comply with all relevant legislation and regulations during the purchase.

Full Agreement:

This agreement and the attached policies are considered an integral part of the entire agreement between the customer and SmartWord.

To approve orders and pricing

Please note that in some cases, an order may not be approved for a number of reasons.

The site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.

Before we accept the order, we may ask you to provide additional information or confirmation, including, but not limited to, phone number and address.

We intend to provide the most accurate pricing information to all users who visit the site.

However, errors may occur sometimes, such as cases where the product is not priced correctly on the site.

As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

In the event that a product is not priced correctly, we may, at our sole discretion, contact you for instructions.

Or cancel your order after informing you of this cancellation. We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether the order has been confirmed or not

The law that governs

This paragraph states that transactions between the Customer and SmartWord shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to any conflict of law.

This clause aims to provide a clear legal framework to regulate the relationship between the parties.

If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed ineffective only without affecting the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.

This statement is intended to protect the validity of the agreement as a whole, even if there is any legal problem with part of it.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are at the discretion of Smart Word, unless otherwise agreed by the Company.

Payment and receipt must be made via Smart Word before the order can be accepted.

Payment for the products and services will be made via credit card, cash on delivery, bank transfer, transfer via any e-wallet or any other pre-agreed payment method, unless credit terms have been approved by Smart World.​

 

Payment Date

Invoices are due and payable in the period specified in the SmartWord invoice, which period is measured as of the date of the invoice.

SmartWord reserves the right to issue partial invoices for parts of an order separately.

 

Acceptance and validity

Any request is not binding on Smart Word until it is accepted by the company.

Any quotation will remain valid for the period stated therein, and will expire 24 hours after the date of the quotation.

 

Benefits of delay

The client undertakes to pay interest on overdue amounts at the highest legal rate allowed.

 

Validity of offers

The customer agrees that all price offers will be valid for the period specified therein, and expire 24 hours after they are submitted.
